A New Era
The 10 for 10 Campaign
A New Era The 10 for 10 Campaign
Cincinnati Song Initiative enters its tenth anniversary with a groundbreaking partnership with Cincinnati Public Radio. Together, we’re launching a live broadcast series of our Mainstage concerts on 90.9 WGUC, bringing the transformative power of song directly into homes across the greater Cincinnati area and beyond.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone: it’s the first regular live broadcast series for WGUC, and it allows us to reach a wider audience than ever before. Our concerts will both air live and be hosted in front of studio audiences at CPR’s brand-new Scripps Family Center for Public Media in Evanston, enhancing accessibility and community engagement.
Your support makes this possible. We're raising $10,000 to celebrate the launch of our tenth season! By contributing to CSI, you’re helping us innovate and expand the reach of classical song, ensuring that high-quality, intimate performances are accessible to all. Join us in this exciting new chapter and be a part of shaping the future of song.
Be the future of song.

“The arts industry relies on individual supporters not only to help fund its work, but also to shape its future. Becoming a Friend of CSI is more than just making a donation, it’s joining a community of arts and art song enthusiasts, engaging in meaningful conversations at concerts and events. Now more than ever, it’s essential to support the nonprofits that align with your passions, and for me, CSI is one of them.”

Why give?
-
By Artists, For Artists
Since its beginning, CSI has prioritized the artists who power its concerts. Regular increases to performance fees help us bring the best song performers to Cincinnati.
-
Next, Together
Commissioning new works helps us innovate song for the twenty-first century, which is the key to our communities seeing themselves reflected in this genre.
-
Growing Our Tent
Programs such as The Fellowship of the Song and Song Connect welcome new members into our community by providing opportunities for learning and engagement.
